How many leads do we get per week?
Around 500 calibrated leads per week, per active role, for most searches. Volume tunes during calibration — we can pull tighter for narrow searches or wider for broad ones. Every lead arrives as a full candidate profile with verified phone + email.
What ATS systems do you support?
Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workable, Rippling out of the box. Custom integrations available — ask us.
Can we mix Pulse with other engagements?
Yes — many clients run Pulse for ongoing pipeline and add Contingent or Contract for specific critical roles. No conflict, no overlap.
