No. We pick one engagement per role. Mixing them creates bad incentives.
Can you start this week?
Contract: 2-week onboarding. Contingent: same-day. Pulse: first digest within 7 days.
What if you can't fill the role?
Contingent: you only ever pay on close - no fill, no fee. If they leave inside 90 days, we re-fill at no charge. Contract: restructure or end the engagement after month 2 with no penalty.
