Pricing questions, answered

Can we mix engagement types?
Yes - most clients do. A common pattern: Contract for ongoing technical roles, Contingent for one-off exec hires, Sourcing Pulse to keep your in-house team's pipeline full between searches.
How do volume discounts work on Contingent?
Standard rate is 20–25%. We discount when you have 3+ concurrent roles or commit to a hiring volume over a quarter. We'll quote in writing before you commit.
What's actually inside the $5–20k Contract range?
Cost scales with how many roles, how senior, and how much of the cycle we run. A $5k engagement might be 'sourcing only on one role.' A $20k engagement might be 'embedded full-cycle across 4 roles plus interview coordination.' We scope it together.
Can we cancel?
Sourcing Pulse is month-to-month, cancel anytime. Contract engagements run on agreed terms - typically 3-month minimums to make embedding worth it on both sides. Contingent has no commitment; you only pay on placement.
Do you charge for the portal?
No. The portal is included with every engagement.
What about replacement guarantees?
Contingent placements come with a 90-day replacement guarantee. On Contract, the engagement is continuous - if a hire doesn't work out, we keep going.
